Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA)

TIFA meetings are scheduled the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in City Hall unless otherwise where noted or changed.

Zoning Board Of Appeals

Hears and decides appeals where it is alleged by applicant that the is an error in any order, requirement, etc. made by the Building Zoning Administrator, Commission, Ordinances or laws, etc in administering or enforcing the provision of Ordinance.

Planning Commission

Reviews development proposals for re-zoning, lot splits, site plan approval, special land use permits and variances and provides recommendations to the City Council.
